Special Categories of Personal Data
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual
orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and
offences.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the
contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with our products or services or open an account). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or
service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
Your Data: How We Engage
We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except:

The audio recordings generated by your use of Organisation products, Services and/or the System will be used by Organisation solely for the purpose of product development and

Other than as set out above, you will be notified when Personal Information about you will be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to elect not to have us share
such information.
We may send you emails with marketing materials. If you would no longer like to receive information, newsletters, or other promotional messages from us, please follow the instructions
accompanying a particular communication or contact us. Your email address will be removed from our marketing list.
We also use information in aggregate form (so that no individual user is identified) for the following purposes:

External Links and Data Collection

Web beacons are images that originate from a third party site to track visitor activities. We use web beacons to track the visiting patterns and browsing habits of individuals accessing
our website. This information is not intended to and will generally not include any personal information, and we will not use the information to identify any individual.
We may also collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses relating to you when you access and use the web sites. IP addresses are assigned to computers on the internet to uniquely identify
them within the global network of computers which makes up the internet. We may collect and manage IP addresses for internet session management and security purposes.
Additional Provisions
Data Deletion of Users
If any registered user requests their personal data/information or account to be deleted from the Platform, we honor such requests and delete the said user data from our servers. The
users can send an email to the customer support id to our email for the request of their user data from the platform and we will delete the user's data within 48 hours and intimate the
user on their registered email on the action taken.
In the event of any grievances, the user can contact the grievance officer at our email or write to us at our head office.
Company may change the above-mentioned contact information without prior notice to any user (subscribed/unsubscribed/browsing/trial).
